Pre-Construction

During the pre-construction phase, you will work closely with your builder in selecting things for your home such as the exterior colour and finishings and any outdoor fixtures that you desire. This will go to the builder for approval to ensure that all guidelines are met within the community.

During the waiting period for approval, you'll meet with different suppliers to pick out the desired flooring, fixtures, and appliances for your home. Any blueprint modifications will be completed at this time. Once the final blueprints have been approved, construction will begin.

Construction

The exterior of the home will also be finished at this time. Once the finishing is completed and you are completely satisfied, you'll receive the keys to your new custom home.
